Life skills curriculum, classes 6–8
A complete, classroom-ready curriculum: lesson plans, a teacher's guide, student workbooks and activity books, all written specifically for this age group.
School partnerships and MOUs
We sign memoranda of understanding with local schools so that the curriculum reaches classrooms directly and benefits as many students as possible.
Internship programme
Structured internship opportunities that give young people real-world experience and prepare them for the workplace. Coordinated from our Bihar office at Nokha, Rohtas.
Job placement programme
Placement support that connects young people to suitable job opportunities once their training is complete.
Campus career-readiness workshops
Sessions delivered on college campuses covering communication, interview preparation, workplace behaviour and the basics of digital and AI tools.
Teacher training
Working with teachers on classroom practice and on delivering the life skills curriculum confidently.

Nationwide expansion
Having established our work across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh and all 38 districts of Bihar, we are now planning expansion into further states.
Skill development course with direct placement, Rohtas, Bihar
A skill training course launching in the Nokha area of Rohtas district, Bihar, where practical training is followed immediately by direct job placement.
Online skills and certification programme
An online programme giving students and young people practical training in digital skills, AI, communication, career readiness, online work and entrepreneurship. Participants receive a certificate on completion.
Fire and safety training institute, Shravasti
A dedicated training institute planned for Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh, offering fire and safety qualifications with placement support.
How a programme reaches a student
The same four steps, whether the work happens in a village school or on a college campus.
1. Partner
We sign an MOU with a school, college or local institution.
2. Train
Our facilitators deliver sessions, and teachers are trained to continue them.
3. Practise
Students apply the learning through activities, workbooks and internships.
4. Place
Eligible students receive placement support into work or further training.
