Why work here

This is early-stage work in districts where education support is thin. The responsibility is real, the feedback is immediate, and what you build stays in use.

Work that is visible

You will see the effect of what you do in the room, in the same week.

Room to build

Programmes here are still being designed. Good ideas get tried rather than filed.

Fair and open hiring

We recruit on merit, and we do not discriminate on caste, religion, gender, disability or background.

Volunteering

If you can give a few hours a week rather than full time, volunteering is the better fit. Volunteers teach sessions, mentor students, help with translation and content, or support events in their own district.
